Mega Man 9
I can’t even put into words what this news means to me.
It’s freaking old-school Mega Man action for goodness sakes!!
Screw the Battle Network crap, this is what being the blue bomber really is about – kicking 2D robot butt in all its 2D side-scrolling greatness! Hell yeah!!
(Ok, I guess the Mega Man Zero series doesn’t suck that much, but Zero is kinda emo if you get what I mean lol.)
Seeing this trailer sure brings back the memories of my adventures on my now defunct Sega Mega Drive – falling into bottomless pits, touching instantly fatal spikes as well as getting pwned by Dr. Wily for the gazzillionth time and all that nonsense – but at least it was fun.
Ah, the joys of 8-bit gaming..
Now, the next step would be to actually acquire a next-gen console before it releases.
Damn -_-”
kure-nai
I’ve just got back from my week-long break in Thailand two days ago and decided to keep the rest of the week free to rest and slack about before resuming work at Singapore Pools.
That also means more time to manage West Ham in FM2008, as well as to catch up on all the unwatched anime on my HDD ^^;

Speaking of which, I just finished watching the last two episodes of kure-nai which was a series I thought was really worth mentioning.
losing eleven
It’s probably the last weekend before I pack up my bags for Krabi and Bangkok for a nice holiday. The past few days have been real hectic though. Had my Econs exam last Friday and even though it was MCQ only, I don’t think I fared really well. Ah well, can’t do much but wait for the results to be released on 4th July. At least it’s one thing off my chest ^^;

Moving on to not so happy stuff – I got knocked out of the 2nd round of the Winning Eleven tournament I was taking part in yesterday. It was kind of an anti-climax since I was feeling pretty confident in the 2 weeks leading up to the competition but something just gave way I guess.
