Now that Pedra Branca rightfully belongs to Singapore under the recent ICJ ruling, we can finally get its future redevelopment and reclamation plans underway. Nope, it’s not a military installation as many had expected.

I’d bet you can never do that with the Middle Rocks, but then again there are no ERP gantries in Malaysia ^^;
